My focus

I’m a UK-trained medical doctor specialising in mould illness, complex chronic conditions, and ecological medicine.

My work focuses on uncovering the root causes of chronic illness, always considering health in the context of the environment — often the missing link in patient care.

My story

I began my career as a psychiatrist, providing long-term care for people with complex mental illness. Many also faced chronic physical illness, which sparked my interest in whole-body health. In 2020, my own experience with long COVID revealed underlying mould exposure and toxicity. Through ecological medicine I regained my health — an experience that inspired me to retrain and specialise in this field.”

Thriving in the light

✨ Would you like to learn more about how I work? Do you have questions about whether ecological medicine could help you?

My approach

I combine conventional medical treatments with naturopathic and ecological approaches, tailoring care to each individual.

I’m particularly mindful of how trauma and stress affect physiology and add complexity to illness. My goal is to provide empathetic, comprehensive care that supports patients in restoring their health and vitality.

I recognise that every person’s path to recovery is unique, and I tailor care to your needs
