Services that incur additonal fees
The following services may incur additional charges:
- Prescriptions requested outside consultations: £30
- Detailed reports, letters and completion of forms (including for employers, insurers, benefits or occupational health): £290 per hour, charged pro rata.
- Review of test results, clinical letters or medical records outside consultations: £290 per hour, charged pro rata.
- Functional medicine and private laboratory testing: Prices vary depending on the tests required.
Any additional fees will be discussed and agreed in advance.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
- 48 hours or more: A full refund or transfer of your payment to a rearranged appointment.
- Less than 48 hours: The full appointment fee will normally be retained.
- Missed appointments: The full appointment fee will normally be retained.
We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise and will consider these on an individual basis.
